Agung and his wife Candra

If you have been following my business, and have heard my story, you will know that Agung is a very big part of it.

I originally met Agung around 8 years ago, when a friend of a friend recommend him to pick me for an airport transfer on arrive in Bali. Agung is the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease.

On subsequent trips (more recently on a bi annual basis) I have booked Agung for the duration of my trips. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Bali is a safe country to travel to, but when I was traveling alone, or with my female family members and friends he provided an additional feeling of security ensuring he delivered us home each night safely. His sense of humour is also infectious, and he is delightful with my kids and nephews.

When the pandemic hit the world Bali was greatly effected. Agung contacted me to ask for a review, as for the first time he was having to advertise his driving services as tourism had been put on hold.

Of course, I along with his other loyal clients all gave him 5 star reviews, but I knew I needed to do more.

This is when my brain sparked a crazy idea, that instead of curating collections of other peoples jewellery designs, I would start designing my own collection, with Agung putting together our Balinese team of talented artisans.

Today, Agung manages the production of my jewellery designs  and sources precious gemstones and pearls for my custom designs.

I am so grateful to have Agung as part of my team, quite frankly, I couldn't do it without him!
