At Deserved Luxury customer satisfaction is my top priority. I want you to love my products as much as I do.
If you don't love your purchase, return to me for any reason and I will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit.
For your free return, contact me and I will email you a shipping label. Use the same postage box that I sent your item in. A courier will be arranged to pick your item up the following business day from your home (contact free).
Please note: Earrings and hair clips cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene guidelines.
For the return of defective products, please email me at hello@deservedluxury.com and provide photos/videos showing the defective product prior to posting.
The following time frames apply:
- Online (Australia): 30 days from date of delivery
- Online (international): 60 days from date of delivery
